Do you need to be home when your pumpkins are delivered?
No, you do not need to be home when your pumpkins are delivered. Our team will carefully set up your display as arranged, so you can come home to a beautifully decorated porch without any hassle.
Can I use my own planters or containers for the plants or flowers?
If your order has plants and you would like them to be placed into your pots or containers, please have them empty and ready for placement. The plant will be placed with the pot it came with as long as it fits.
Can I choose exactly which pumpkins go in my display?
Pumpkins are subject to change in the displays based on what NATURE provides us all and what looks best at your home within the package ordered. You can request a custom order.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, give us a ring and let's collaborate! Your request will be considered based on what our suppliers have on hand and the cost.
Can you guarantee the lifespan of my pumpkins?
We do our best to provide the highest quality, but we cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. All sales are final.
When do deliveries begin?
Deliveries are withing 2 to 4 days of order placement unless the customer informed otherwise. Deliveries are usually the 3rd week of September through the 4th week of October. However, deliveries can take place as long as there are still pumpkins in the patch. Exact installation windows during each week are scheduled based on availability and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes we can deliver and set up outside a business. We do not recommend nor do we set up indoors. If you want all or part of the display indoors you will have to do on your own after we deliver to your location.
