When accepting services from Walkway Pumpkins, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Walkway Pumpkins shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the placement, use, or condition of decorations, including, but not limited to, pumpkins, hay bales, cornstalks, plants or flowers, signage, or other seasonal décor. All items are placed with safety and care; however, natural materials may attract pests, deteriorate, or create tripping or slipping hazards.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the condition of these decorations and to maintain a safe environment on their property. Walkway Pumpkins is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or property damage that occur after delivery and setup are complete.
By using our services, the customer assumes full responsibility and releases Walkway Pumpkins, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims of liability, injury, or loss related to the decorations or their placement. The customer also gives Walkway Pumpkins permission to post and use photos of their home or business on all socials, website or other use. Photos will be posted anonymously with no mention of home owner or addresses.
The home owner must ensure Walkway Pumpkins employees have access to the property where delivery is to take place. Payment for an order and not cancelling the order demonstrates acceptance by the customer to allow access to the delivery property.
