Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
- Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
Return and Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy
Walkway Pumpkins displays are custom-designed and delivered with care. Because our products include fresh pumpkins, fresh plants and flowers, and natural materials, we are unable to accept returns once delivery and setup are complete. We want you to enjoy your whole display. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right. There are no two pumpkins alike.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before your delivery day.
- After this time, we’ve already prepared your items, so cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
- If any pumpkins, plants/flowers, or other décor arrive damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item or adjust your display at no additional charge.
End-of-Season Cleanup
End-of-Season Removal service is non-refundable once pickup schedule has been confirmed.
